Other Things to Note

Pool

• Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• No eating, drinking, smoking, or glassware allowed.

Wet Clothing

• Do not place wet clothes on indoor or outdoor furniture—this may cause damage and result in charges.

Linens & Towels

• Do not use towels for makeup removal or as beach towels unless designated.

• Damaged towels will incur replacement fees.

Noise & Music

• Music allowed only with headphones in common areas.

• No loud noise after 9 PM.

Air Conditioning

• Suggested use between 22°C and 25°C.

• Keep doors and windows closed to avoid humidity and excess consumption.

Kitchen

• Do not place hot pots directly on countertops.

Locked Spaces

• Please do not open locked closets. They belong to the owners.

Strict Prohibitions

• No smoking.

• No drugs.

• Fines start at $300 USD.

Maximum Occupancy

• Maximum 6 guests.

• Exceeding capacity may lead to fines and eviction.

Energy Use – Air Conditioning

Electricity is included except for air conditioning, which is charged separately.

• Fee: $5 MXN per kWh

• Photos of the electricity meter will be taken at check-in and check-out for transparency.
