Thank you for booking our condo, it is a pleasure for us to welcome you. We are at your entire service to offer you an unforgettable stay.
Please take a look at the internal and co-ownership regulations below to make sure your stay is in the best possible condition.
- Optional - Air Conditioning:: We include electricity consumption in the rental price but air conditioning consumption is not included. Your air conditioning consumption will be charged at the end of your stay, for an amount of $5 Pesos per kWh (it is approximately $5 pesos per hour, and per air-conditioner). We will take a photo of the electricity meters upon your arrival and departure. If you use air conditioners, please set their temperature between 22°C and 25°C for optimal comfort. To avoid mold and condensation, please make sure all doors and windows are tightly closed when using air conditioners.
- Pool: Pool hours are from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. Children must be under the strict supervision of an adult at all times. Do not use any glassware in or around the pool areas. No music player at the pool or beach without earphones. Eating or drinking is not permitted in the pool, and bringing glassware, alcohol or smoking is prohibited. When returning to the property, please do not sit on the sofas and chairs when wet or covered in sunscreen.
- Wet laundry: It is prohibited to hang towels, swimsuits, and other clothing on outdoor furniture. Please do not put wet laundry on indoor furniture, sofas, or chairs.
- Household linens: We like to provide our guests with linens and towels that are clean and in good condition. Please do not use the towels to remove makeup, sunscreen, or clean dirty items. The price per degraded towel is: 400 Pesos per beach towel, 300 Pesos per bath towel, 200 Pesos per towel, 100 Pesos per facial towel, $1,000 Pesos per King-size bedsheets, $800 Pesos per Queen-size bedsheets. Do not use bath towels for the pool or the beach, we provide you pool/beach towels.
- Music: Parties, events, and loud music are prohibited! Music is prohibited by the pool at all time, or in the property after 09:00 p.m.
- Kitchen: Do not leave hot pots or pans to cool directly on the kitchen granite, in the sink, on the tables, or on the dining room furniture. This could damage them and be expensive to replace. Please just let them cool on the baking tray or wooden boards. Locked Closets: It is strictly forbidden to try to open locked closets.
- Prohibitions: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. All drugs are prohibited! If there are odors, stains, burns, or any other suspicion that this prohibition has been violated, a fine of a minimum of $500 USD will be applied. The fine could be higher in the event of greater damage. - Property staff: During your stay, our maintenance technicians and property managers have the right to access for maintenance and repairs if necessary. Our professional team is always at your disposal and does its utmost to resolve as quickly as possible any breakdowns or damage that may occur during your stay. We thank you for your understanding and please remain courteous and respectful to staff.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 people, including children and infants. In case of exceeding the maximum occupancy, a fine of $300 USD will be applied, and may result in immediate eviction from the property by Chac Hal Al security, without refund of the rent.

- Golf Cart Rental: From 30 $ US (low season) to 50 $ US (high season)
- Private Chef: Rates based on services requested

**Failure to comply with the above rules may result in fines and immediate eviction from the property, without refund of the stay.

Our family of 5 loved this unit at Chac Hal Al- beautiful ocean view as soon as you step in the front door, steps to the pool right out the back. New comfortable furnishings, kitchen is so well stocked for cooking family meals, every room was spotless. We also loved the basket of beach gear (floaties, goggles, snorkels, boogie boards) for the kids. This is our favorite place to vacation because it literally has everything within walking distance- beach, pool, restaurants, dolphins and manatees. They did a beautiful job renovating and creating a space for renters to enjoy with their families.

This villa is incredible. The proximity to the pool and beach are incredible. The villa itself is completely updated and gorgeous. The property management team are on top of it. They are incredibly responsive and have been very helpful throughout our stay.

I can’t say enough good things about renting this property. Best location in Puerto Aventuras for views (amazing) and convenience to amenities. The staff, also amazing! They were quick to respond and explained everything clearly with a most friendly vibe. The condo is spotlessly clean and I’m a stickler!! I would rent here again in a hot second!
I love how responsive your team is. Especially love that you have hooks for towels in the unit…a real pet peeve I have in rentals is not enough hooks, but you have everything thoughtfully planned out. Thank you!!

Tal cual las fotos, la ubicación es excepcional, una vista desde todo el depto maravillosa, la alberca a unos pasos y el mar divino a otros pasos. La salida a comer a los restaurantes también caminando, tiendas, el delfinario, todo está increíble.
El depto se ve recién remodelado y todo de excelente gusto y funcional.
Sin duda intentaremos regresar muy pronto.

Pasamos un estancia increíble en familia. El precio es elevado, pero la verdad es que la ubicación y el servicio estuvieron a la altura. Volveremos sin duda!
