Dear guest, We care about the environment, this is why the condo is equipped with 5 solar panels. Please keep the air temperature between 22°C and 25°C, which is the comfortable temperature range for most people. If left at maximum temperature, rooms become too cold and begin to sweat, causing condensation on walls and windows, and causing drips and puddles of water, which is dangerous as floors slip. Pay attention ! To prevent mold and condensation, make sure all doors and windows are closed when using the air conditioner.
- Linen: We like to provide our guests with clean linens in good condition. Please do not use towels to remove makeup, sunscreen or to clean dirty items. The price per degraded towel is: $400 pesos per beach towel, $300 pesos per bath towel, $200 pesos per hand towel, $100 pesos per facial towel.
Parties, events, and loud music are prohibited ! Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only on the balcony. Drugs are prohibited !Do not let hot pots or pans cool directly on the counter or the tables. This could damage it and be expensive to replace. The charge for lost keys is $50 USD.
