Casa Aak(Aak means turtles in the Mayan language) has a wide open floor plan that leads to a beautifully designed kitchen. Maybe you want to spend the day with family and friends enjoying the outdoor living area. Your pool is located right off of the pocket sliding glass doors that disappear. The outdoor area has your own grill to cook whatever your taste desires. The first floor is perfect for your family to make lasting memories. Also, you will find on bedroom on this lower level with 2 twin beds. As you make your way to the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms with king beds and smart tvs for entertainment. There is another living room on the 2nd level that has a futon for extra sleeping space. The master bedroom is spacious and the master bathroom is pure luxury. The 3rd level is a very large terrace with a jacuzzi and sunbeds. Enjoy a nice lunch while sunbathing and spending the day enjoying the sun. There is a bathroom with a shower on the terrace after fun in the sun . Also, a fullsize washer and dryer is located on the terrace. Finally, there is a stunning park directly across from our home with beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and playground for the kids. It's another super way to enjoy the day with family and friends, and yet so close to the home... If you want to enjoy a vacation in the Caribbean, then this beautiful and spacious house is designed especially for you. The property has 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms (king and king and two twin beds) enough for 6 people with another futon that would be perfect for an extra adult or 2 kids. Important; We care about the environment. Please keep the air conditioner temperature between 22°C and 25°C, which is the comfortable temperature range for most people. If left at maximum temperature, rooms become too cold and begin to sweat, causing condensation on walls and windows, and causing drips and puddles of water, which is dangerous as floors slip. Pay attention! To prevent mold and condensation, make sure all doors and windows are closed when using the air conditioner. * The rate per night in Casa Aak includes the use of electricity except the a/c consumption, this will be charged in extra, and the cost per kWh is $5 pesos.
